Fleet Management
We provide unique fleet management services, providing automated pending estimate, equipment history and recommended service reports generated by a database that integrates these and other fleet management tools seamlessly into our invoicing and accounting system. After a vehicle is inspected, an estimate will be generated for any repair or service recommended by our ASE Certified Master Automobile Technicians. Each repair or service on these estimates has a class assigned to it, signifying the urgency or severity of the related concern. For our fleet customers, the services for which estimates have been provided will be shown in list form on the monthly account statement until the service is performed or cancelled. This Pending Estimates list is also available on-demand, and allows you to plan, schedule and budget repairs based on our recommendations.
In addition, we provide mobile service and incident management for our fleet customers. Contact FSN when you have a breakdown, and our ASE Certified Master Automobile Technicians will use their expertise to determine whether mobile service or wrecker service is best suited to the situation, saving you and your employees time and money.
